Naïs Pirollet


Originally from Briançon, Naïs Pirollet graduated with Honors from Institut Paul Bocuse in 2017. She started he career at restaurant Saisons and then moved to Paris where she joined Michelin star chef David Toutain for two years. In 2020, Naïs joined Team France on the road to Bocuse d’Or 2021. She took part in the research and development of recipes together with Davy Tissot. A unique and enrichening experience that drove her to start her own adventure! Naïs Pirollet won Bocuse d’Or France in Reims and will represent France at Bocuse d’Or Europe on the 23-24th March 2022 in Budapest. Her commis Cole Millard also won the prize for Best Commis during Bocuse d’Or France.

The French candidate to Bocuse d’Or Europe chose cheffe Tabata May as official coach and pursues her adventure with her commis Cole Millard.
