Naïs Pirollet


Originally from Briançon, Naïs Pirollet graduated with Honors from Institut Paul Bocuse in 2017. She started he career at restaurant Saisons and then moved to Paris where she joined Michelin star chef David Toutain for two years. In 2020, Naïs joined Team France on the road to Bocuse d’Or 2021. She took part in the research and development of recipes together with Davy Tissot. A unique and enrichening experience that drove her to start her own adventure!

Naïs Pirollet won the Bocuse d’Or France in Reims in November 2021 at just 24 years old with a 300-point difference. His commis chef Cole Millard also won the prize for best commis chef at the Bocuse d’Or France. A victory that qualifies her to represent France at the Bocuse d’Or Europe in Budapest in March 2022 where the team wins the pass to the final in Lyon on January 22 and 23, 2023.

The theme of the competition for the final of the Bocuse d’Or 2023 is official. The French candidate Naïs Pirollet and Cole Millard will have to cook the monkfish as well as two vegetable garnishes and a garnish presented separately based on an emblematic legume of our region and mussels. Chef Edouard Loubet joins the French team as official coach. Chef Jacques Marcon will be the France Jury during the world final. Complementarity of experiences and skills is essential to support the French team.
