During the 2 years cycle, the laureates train tirelessly for the different selections with the ultimate goal of reaching the top of the podium and win the prestigious Bocuse d’Or.

Davy Tissot has set himself the goal to compete again, one day, to represent France and win the prestigious competition, after finishing 3rd at Bocuse d’Or France in 2000. Winner of the Bocuse d'Or 2021, his dream has come true.
Matthieu Otto
Laureate during Bocuse d’Or France 2017, Matthieu Otto represented France during Bocuse d’Or Finale in 2019. The young talented chef won the special prize for best dish and finished 6th on 24th.
Laurent Lemal
Laureate of Bocuse d’Or France 2015, Laurent represented France during the Finale in 2017. Laurent, Michelin star chef, won the special prize for vegetal dish during Bocuse d’Or 2017.
Nicolas Davouze
Nicolas Davouze represented France during the Finale of Bocuse d’Or 2015. He’s now Executive Chef at the One Michelin star Restaurant l’Oasis in Mandelieu-Le Napoule.
