They embody French excellence, talent, determination, courage, and creativity; they are ambassadors of so many traditions and expertise. They represent the best of what France has to offer and are lighthouse of our country and our terroirs. At the Region, we know how much we owe them, how valuable they are to our territory and our sectors of excellence. Let’s remember Davy TISSOT’s victory in 2021 and the participation of Naïs PIROLLET, which was followed by lots of pride and enthusiasm. This victory was a fantastic showcase of French gastronomic excellence and demonstrated the talent of French chefs. This year again, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region remains the main partner of Bocuse d’Or Team France, now led by chef Paul MARCON, an equally inspiring champion in the world of Michelin starred cuisine and based in Auvergne. We are proud to support him and his team, composed of Camille PIGOT and Christophe QUANTIN, at the Bocuse d’Or Europe, and I know that he will proudly represent the colors of the French team and our region.”
