Après 5h35 de compétition, l’équipe de France représentée par le chef Davy Tissot, épaulé par son commis Arthur Debray et coaché par le chef étoilé Yohann Chapuis, du restaurant Greuze à Tournus, remporte le prix du meilleur plateau et gagne son billet pour la finale mondiale à Lyon.
