Paul Marcon will be representing France at the Bocuse d’Or Europe on the 19th of March in Trondheim (Norway), with his commis Camille Pigot who’ll be by his side in the box, together accompanied by Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef Christophe Quantin as official coach. Meilleur Ouvrier de France chef Davy Tissot, winner of the 2021 Bocuse d’Or, will be participating as Jury France to the competition.
